  • Lunch at Ottolenghi in Notting Hill

The space is beautiful, with resplendent displays of mounds of cakes, tarts, pies, salads, grilled vegetables and other appetizers. It’s a heavenly colourful spread, and the food is truly delicious.

  • Rice, Peas, Mint and Raisins

This is an easy salad with simple ingredients, it’s a happy marriage of brown basmati rice, peas, mint and raisins with onions, peppers and sun-dried tomatoes and a light lemony vinaigrette, it’s immensely flavourful.

  • Coffee Journal | Sunday Mornings

It’s pour-over coffee from our beloved chemex, and slices of pandoro left over from the holidays and some lonely fruit for when we want something sweet.

  • Roasted Baby Potatoes and Radishes

Potatoes, radishes and onions are wonderful together when roasted; toss them with a bit of olive oil, mustard and some complementary herbs.

  • Yoghurt Banana Bread

This one is undoubtedly simpler than most but it’s probably my favourite; it’s moist, tastes like bananas and butter, and smells delicious too.
