Put the pepper in the wine…

I got this lovely bottle of wine courtesy of @houseopaul who dabbles in winemaking in his spare time.
He’s been making his own home brewed wine for years now, and I must say the wine gets better with each batch.

Each batch takes months to make, and there are a few key steps involved in producing the perfect brew.
The great thing about making your own wine is it allows you the liberty to be as creative as you want.

So yes, those are red chili peppers in the wine.
This summer @houseopaul toured a few wineries in the Okanagan and was inspired to infuse a couple of bottles from his recent batch with peppers.
I can’t wait to try it
