We’ve been experiencing record breaking temperatures.
It’s been ridiculously hot and it doesn’t help that I work in a century old building that doesn’t have air conditioning.
It’s practically unbearable but I’m kind of reveling in it; I like that it’s still summer, that the beaches are packed, and that it’s always sunny and dry.

The weather will be perfect if it were just a few degrees cooler than it is right now, but like with most things in life, we can’t have it all; we’ll take the sun anyway we can.

I’m also learning how to take pictures under the bright sun, my outfit photos have become a good learning experience.
Finding that balance between standing under the harsh glare of the sun, and getting stuck in the shadows of the shade is what this summer’s photos has been about.
