I held off making said recipes because the bag of matcha I had lying around apparently expired in 2009.
I got a fresh batch of matcha powder from T&T and set out to bake with the green stuff over the weekend.
When I saw this recipe over at (Never Home) Maker, I knew I had to make them immediately.
I love green tea everything! matcha ice cream is one of my favourite desserts, and I used to make a mean matcha latte, before I got distracted by shiny things and let my passion die with my bag of matcha in 2009.
